What feels like a “dark night of the soul” is often prompted by a major life crisis. But it can also be a quiet suffering that grows quietly for years before becoming something you can’t ignore anymore.
Often it simply means you've been listening to other voices for a very long time, and have forgotten the sound of the voice within you.
This journey invites you to start listening inward again…with compassion and curiosity.
What the journey looks like
For seven days you’ll receive a short email each morning.
Each message includes:
• an audio reflection
• a writing prompt
• a brief invitation to listen to yourself
Nothing to schedule or coordinate. All you need is an open heart, a few minutes a day, and pen and paper.
This is a quiet space each day to give your attention to someone very special…you.

For those who want additional support, you can also join a small temporary group where participants walk through the journey together.
Walk through the Journey the week of your support group OR revisit and process your Journey with the next-available group after completing the journey.
